WARRANTY & RETURNS
At Menace Audio, we strive to provide high-quality products at an affordable price, and we stand behind our product when it comes to manufacturer defects.
In return, we ask that customers take personal responsibility for the proper use, installation, and handling of their products. Please see our warranty below:
- The warranty period is 30 days from the purchase date
- A 25% restocking fee is applied to all returns that are tested working/not defective
- All returns must be in new condition (no physical or cosmetic damage) and must include all the original packaging and parts – no modifications will be accepted. Warranty seals must be intact or the warranty is void
- The serial number must match the serial number shipped
- Speakers/driver/tweeters with burnt/frozen voice coils are not warrantied.
- Amplifiers that are returned and deemed defective from improper installation or use are not warrantied.
- We reserve the right to replace, repair, or send parts for any in-warranty item at our discretion.
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
